Figuring out how to best create a product that encourages and fosters collaboration while matching people to the right projects was no small task. Rather than assuming the needs of a digital collaborative community, Kounterattack approached the project with an innovative plan that would go through various iterations, target valid and invalid assumptions, and solve these problems with an agile methodology.
